FIRO B Questionnaire

The purpose of the FIRO B questionnaire is to develop a profile of your interpersonal needs and behaviours in a work setting.

When collated and viewed in the context of other members of your syndicate, this profile will be very useful in identifying where the team-building challenges might be. It will also provide an agenda for a discussion on what should be the team's approach to satisfying personal needs whilst maximising team cohesion and effectiveness.

There are No right or wrong answers to this questionnaire.

Find a quiet spot and answer the 54 questions on the questionnaire. When answering the questions, don't think too long -just answer whatever first comes to mind.

Consider these questions in the context of your work situation and not your home-life.
